How much space does the food truck require, and how long do you stay?

Our food truck is designed to fit in parking space long 5 meters, large 2.5 meters and can operate outdoors or indoors in ventilated spaces. We arrive approximately 60-75 minutes before the start time for setup and offer a standard two-hour service.
How far do you travel, and are there additional fees?

Ciao Bella Catering is pleased to offer our catering services within a 25 km radius of our main location. For events beyond this area, additional travel fees may apply to cover transportation and logistical costs. Please contact us directly for a detailed quote tailored to your event's location.
What happens in case of bad weather?

We are ready to operate in all weather conditions, except for extreme conditions like severe thunderstorms or high winds that could jeopardize safety. If weather conditions prevent us from operating, we offer the option to reschedule the event.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable, except in cases of emergencies. Please contact us for more details on our refund policy.
Can I make changes to my booking?

What happens if the guest count changes on the event day?

At Ciao Bella Catering, we understand that plans can change. If the guest count differs on the day of the event, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute adjustments. For minor changes, we can often adapt with the resources on hand. However, for significant increases, while we will strive to provide additional servings, availability cannot be guaranteed, and additional charges may apply. Please inform us as soon as possible to help us better serve your needs.
Can I extend the service beyond 2.5 hours?

How does the service work during the event?

During the event, our team will set up the food truck, prepare and serve the delicious dishes, and ensure that your guests are well taken care of. We handle everything from start to finish, allowing you to relax and enjoy the event.
What is the oven’s capacity in terms of pizza?

Our oven has the capacity to cook 3 pizzas at a time, ensuring efficient and timely service for your event.
