Terms and Conditions

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By booking our catering service, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing.

 

 

2. Service and Hours

 

Our standard catering service includes two hours of active service, with the food truck arriving 60-75 minutes before the event start time for setup.

 

Service extensions beyond the two-hour standard are available upon request, subject to availability. Additional charges apply for each extra hour, based on the number of guests.

 

 

3. Provision of Utensils and Tableware

 

We provide disposable plates, utensils, and napkins for the service. Any specific requests should be communicated at the time of booking.

 

 

4. Takeout Option

 

A takeout option for leftover pizzas is available. The details must be arranged before the event.

 

 

5. Cooking and Service Capacity

 

Our oven can cook up to 3 pizzas at a time, ensuring a continuous flow of fresh pizzas for your guests.

 

 

6. Travel and Additional Costs

 

We serve events within a 25 km radius from our base. Additional fees apply for travel beyond this distance.

 

 

7. Weather Conditions

 

Our service is available in all weather conditions, except in extreme cases such as severe storms or high winds that may compromise safety.

 

In cases where we cannot operate due to weather conditions, we offer the option to reschedule the event, subject to availability.

 

 

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations made less than 30 business days before the event are non-refundable, except in documented emergency cases.

 

Cancellations with adequate notice may qualify for a partial refund, according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

 

 

9. Changes to Booking

 

Changes to the booking (such as guest count, location, or selected package) must be communicated at least 5 days before the event. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated and may incur additional costs.

 

 

10. Guest Count Changes on the Event Day

 

If the guest count on the day of the event is lower than initially booked, no refund will be provided.

 

For additional guests beyond the initial count, the client may pay for the extra amount on the event day.

 

 

11. Liability

 

We are not responsible for damages or injuries caused by improper use of the food truck equipment by guests.

 

The client is responsible for ensuring the space is suitable for the food truck setup and that conditions are safe.

 

 

12. Privacy

 

All information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

 

 

13. Payment and Deposit

 

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event.

 

Failure to complete final payment within the agreed timeline may result in booking cancellation without deposit refund.

 

 

14. Allergy and Dietary Information

 

Please note that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens in our dishes.

 

We strive to accommodate special dietary requests (e.g., gluten-free options), but such requests must be communicated in advance.

 

 

15. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for any delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical issues, extreme weather, or unforeseen emergencies.

 

In such cases, we will promptly notify the client and seek alternative solutions.

 

 

16. Guest Behavior and Safety

 

The client is responsible for the behavior of their guests. We reserve the right to discontinue service if guests exhibit inappropriate or dangerous behavior, without refund.

 

Any damages caused by guests to the food truck equipment will be billed to the client.

 

 

17. Permits and Permissions

 

The client is responsible for ensuring that the event complies with local regulations and possesses any necessary permits, especially if the event is in public spaces or on private property.

 

 

18. Image and Marketing Rights

 

We may take photos or videos of our service during the event for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media). If the client or guests prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance.

 

 

19. Force Majeure Policy

 

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, government restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. We will work with the client to find the best possible solution in such cases.

 

 

20. Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client before the event, allowing the client to accept or decline the modifications.

 

 

21. Acceptance and Confirmation

 

Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
